Congratulations

A team of students from the Department of Statistics & Computer Science won the runners-up award at the Inter-University Stat Quiz competition for the Professor V.K. Samaranayake memorial trophy organized by the Stat Circle of the University of Colombo. Mr. A.J. Ekanayake, Ms. L. Liyanage, Ms. P.V.G.M.P. Madushani and Mr. D.H.N. Perera participated in the quiz competition. Inter-University Stat Quiz competition is one of the major activities of the Stat Day 2018, which was held on 27th March 2018 at the University of Colombo premises with the presence of Mr. Rohana Wijesekara, Director of Statistics, Central Bank, Sri Lanka.
