Ms. W. A. M. Niranga obtained Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Peradeniya in February, 2013. Later, she started her career as an academic and achieved experience for more than seven years where she received the academic excellence from research and teaching. Apart from that, she was awarded a gold medal for her continuous research excellence by the University of Sri Jayawardhanapura in 2018, recognizing one of her research papers as the most outstanding. She joined the Department of Industrial Management, University of Kelaniya as a lecturer in April, 2019.
