High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Analysis
Sample Preparation Requirements
- Samples must be appropriately prepared and filtered prior to submission. Filtration through a suitable 0.22 µm or 0.45 µm membrane filter compatible with the sample matrix and mobile phase is recommended.
- Samples should contain no or minimal color-producing impurities.
- The sample pH must be within the recommended operational stability range of the selected HPLC column and compatible with the mobile phase and instrument specifications.
- The sample solvent composition should be compatible with the initial mobile phase conditions.
- The client must provide the required analytical method, including (where applicable):
- Target analytes and expected concentration range
- HPLC column specifications
- Mobile phase composition and gradient/isocratic conditions
- Flow rate
- Detection wavelength(s) or detector parameters
- Injection volume
- Expected retention times and calibration information (if available)
Charges
- The cost for a single HPLC data acquisition run (maximum runtime: 30 minutes; flow rate: 1.0 mL min⁻¹) is LKR 8,000 per sample.
Additional charges will apply for:
- Repeat analysis due to unsuitable sample preparation or sample incompatibility
- Additional injections/trials requested by the client
- Re-analysis arising from sample-related issues
