The day began with an informative session conducted by Mr. Dinesh Asanka, Senior Lecturer, Department of Industrial Management, who shared his expertise through an engaging and insightful discussion. His session on how to be productive in university based on the scholarly book "You have come to a university by Professor Ediriweera Sarachchandra" not only deepened the students' understanding of their academic paths but also emphasized the significance of time management, self-discipline, and critical thinking, 

The program then shifted its focus to ensuring students could make the most of the university’s resources. 𝗔 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 was conducted by Dr. Lakmini Marasinghe, providing students with essential knowledge about the wide range of resources and services available to support their studies. This session highlighted the university's commitment to academic excellence and resource accessibility. 

The day concluded on a high note with a special guest session by 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗺𝘆𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮, 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀. As a renowned actor, scholar, and award-winning cultural contributor, Prof. Saumya shared his journey, insights, and experiences, and attracted the students with his expertise in theatre, performance, and creative arts.
