A soft skill development programme, Trailblazer 2019 was conducted by the Department of Microbiology along with the Career Guidance Unit on Leadership skills and Business etiquettes, in September 2019. Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 undergraduates were the target group. The resource person was Mr. V. Pillai, Co-founder and Leadership Architect at ChangeVine Consulting.
