Current Research Interests:
- Enumeration, isolation , identification and application of bacteria and fungi in urban waste dumping sites.
- Application of endolichenic fungi in polyethylene biodeterioration.
- Application of bacteria in insecticide degradation.
- Use of food-graded microorganisms in the food preservation processes (through fermentation methods).
