This product relates to the field of safety that prevents LPG fire accidents from electrical sparks that would occur when operating an electrical switch near a gas leakage. This invention contains a power harvester circuit, an LPG detection circuit and an electrical switch connected in series with the electrical appliance(s). The power harvester circuit, which supplies the power to the LPG detection circuit and the control unit, is connected with a conventional electrical light bulb/appliance to an AC power source (230V or 110V). If there is an LPG leakage around the electrical safety switch, it can disable the control switch of the appliance. Hence, when someone tries to turn on the electrical switch at a gas leakage, it will not be dangerous since the switch is already in the disable mode. The switch automatically powers up when the environment becomes normal. The physical size of the product is designed to be fit for a commercially available standard sunk box with existing wiring making it possible for this invention to replace all kinds of existing conventional electrical switches. IP rights of the invention is protected under the SL Patent Application No. 22450
