weaknesses , the desire to improve, and the willingness to strive to make changes. In the Department
of Mathematics, we help our students to unfold their process of inner change via our personal
improvement programmes.
Aims:
- Build self-awareness in students.
- Helping students to create a plan to acquire the skills they may need for their academic studies or chosen career path.
- Empowering students with soft skills which emphasize memory, reading, and critical thinking.
- Help to build positive emotions by learning positive coping strategies through positive psychology.
- Helping students to learn relaxation techniques.
- Empowering techniques in decision-making skills, team bonding, and communication skills.
- Empowering students in managing and controlling their emotions and behavior.
- Enhancing self-confidence in students to achieve their goals (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT)
Learning outcomes: Upon the completion of this program the students should be able to:

Mode of Delivery: These personal development programs are introduced to students during their level 3 and level 4 years of study as ongoing workshops, videos, webinars, projects, and outreach programs.
